The following terms of cancellation service and refund policy are a complete unit and indivisible.

By using our website for any purpose and/or checking the box marked ‘I agree to the terms of service, cancellations policy, and privacy policy’ before submitting your request form on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

By contacting All Nation Travel to request a service or book one of our services through our website (ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM) or any of our official channels such as social media pages, communication app owned by us or by any third party app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions and the refund policy stated on this page.

By contracting with ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM or booking any of our services through any of our officially known channels, including our website or through payment on behalf of oneself or others named on the booking form, the person is accepting these terms and conditions and is considered the group leader and added or substituted to the booking in its entirety.

The person communicating with All Nation Travel, either in person or through any officially known channels, including the website ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM, is responsible for providing all necessary personal information/data for themselves and any accompanying travelers, and this responsibility is legally binding.

The person who submits a request form or books any of the services offered through our website, social media pages, or any officially known channels of communication with us is considered the group leader and is contracting on behalf of themselves and all travelers named in the reservation. They are responsible for providing accurate and truthful personal information for all travelers in the group and accept the cancellation policy, terms, and conditions stated on this page on behalf of themselves and all named travelers using the booked services.

By using our website, you represent that you are either of the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to allow any minor dependents to access the site for informational purposes only. In accordance with United States privacy laws, such as those in California, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to make bookings or reservations on this website. All Nation Travel and its website, ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM, do not accept bookings or reservations from individuals under the age of 18.

ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM is owned by All Nation Travel, a privately owned travel and tourism company located in Istanbul, Türkiye. The company is not responsible for issuing passports, visas, or any related documents. We strongly advise our clients to check the expiration date of their passport and ensure that it is valid for a minimum of six months beyond their air flight, and to obtain the necessary visas for their travel prior to making a booking.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review the inclusions and exclusions sections of each tour, package, or service before making a reservation or payment with us.

The reservation for all services offered by All Nation Travel, including but not limited to hot air balloon flights, air flights, airport transfers, tours, packages, hotel reservations, and any other related services, will be considered partially and temporarily confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. To ensure that the reservation is fully confirmed, the remaining balance must be paid prior to the start date and time of the service and within the specified time frame based on the date of the reservation. The reservation will only be considered valid and active on the start date of the service if the total balance has been paid in full.

Any requested service that is temporarily reserved without a deposit payment, or temporarily booked and temporarily confirmed by a deposit payment through ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM website or through any of Our official channels such as social media pages, communication apps, etc. are considered pending and are not usable nor active until the remaining amount of the deposit is fully paid within the given and indicated period, and specified for each type of service. Failure to pay the remaining balance in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of the reservation or booking, with no refund for any paid services in any condition and under any circumstances.

ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM understands that cancellations are often a result of necessity. However, they can be costly to administer and require dedicated staff time and efforts. For this reason, cancellations for DAILY TOURS (excluding HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHTS that are operated daily in Türkiye) with confirmed bookings made through any of our payment methods are 100% refundable up to 24 hours before the tour start date, for all daily tours in all cities in Türkiye. Cancellations for all packages types are non-refundable under any circumstances. Airport transfers in all cities in Türkiye are eligible for a full refund if written notice is received by us 48 hours prior to the arrival/transfer time. Hot Air Balloon Flights are not eligible for any refund after confirmed booking, regardless of the circumstances. Individual hotel bookings will only be accepted for cancellation and eligible for a full refund if written notice is received by us 30 days before the check-in date, based on the date of the reservation. For more information, please carefully review the terms of service, refund policy, and cancellation policy for each type of service.

Refund and Cancellations for Daily Tours
For Daily Tours reservations, the cost can be paid either at the time of booking with a deposit or on arrival in Türkiye, no later than 24 hours prior to the tour start date and time. If the total cost of the booked service is not paid 24 hours prior to the tour start date and time, either through a full payment or by completing the remaining balance of a deposit payment, the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided under any condition and circumstances. Please note that if you make a reservation while already in Türkiye, the full cost of the booking (or the remaining balance, if a deposit has already been paid) must be paid 24 hours prior to the tour start date in order to be considered confirmed and active.

By making a deposit payment of 20% of the total cost for a requested daily tour, the reservation is partially confirmed. To fully confirm the reservation, the full payment of the remaining balance must be received by us before the tour commencement date and time. Any daily tour reservation that is temporarily made without a deposit payment or temporarily confirmed with a deposit payment through ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM website or any of our official channels such as social media pages or communication apps, is considered pending and will not be usable or active until the remaining balance of the deposit is fully paid either on the first day of the traveler’s arrival to Türkiye or 24 hours prior to the tour start date and time, as indicated in the reservation. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation, with no refund available under any circumstances.

Daily Tour Cancellations, all daily tours excluding hot air balloon flights that are operated daily in Türkiye and that have been temporarily confirmed or fully paid and confirmed by us through any payment method we provide, are eligible for a 100% refund if notice is given 24 hours prior to the tour start date and time in all cities in Turkey. Beyond the 24-hour window, cancellations are not accepted and no refund is available under any circumstances, regardless of whether the reservation was made with a deposit payment or after full payment and confirmation of the booking. To cancel a tour reservation, a written notice must be sent to All Nation Travel via certified mail or email using the email address used to make the reservation. Any cancellation requests received through other means will not be considered valid. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at [email protected] to receive any applicable refund, which will be processed within 35 working days after receipt of your written notice of cancellation.

Children’s Daily Tour Reservations
Reservations for daily tours for children come with varying discounts, which depend on the type of tour or service and the child’s age. Please carefully review and understand the applicable discount for each tour or service based on the child’s age. For instance, some of our tours offer a 30% discount for children aged 3 to 7, while others offer a 50% discount for children aged 6 to 12. Some tours may even be free of charge for children aged 1 to 3, provided they do not occupy a seat.

Package Terms of Service, Refund and Cancellations Policy
Packages type vary in inclusions and exclusions, please read carefully the inclusion and exclusion of each package prior making your reservation with us.

Reservations for all package type
By making a deposit payment of 30% of the total cost for a requested package, the reservation is temporarily confirmed. The reservation is considered fully confirmed when the remaining balance is fully paid 30 days before the package commencement date, as indicated in the reservation.

Cancellations For All and Any Package(s) Type
The reservation for any and all package types that has been temporarily confirmed through a deposit payment or fully confirmed through full payment made through any method will not be eligible for cancellation or any form of refund after receipt of the confirmed reservation, under any circumstances and conditions.

Children’s Discount for All Package(s) Type
Discounts for Children in All Package Types: Children are eligible for discounts on tours based on the tour type included in the package and the child’s age. The discount rates vary among tours, and discounts for children may differ from one tour to another. Discounts on a child’s flight ticket and/or hotel reservation may also vary based on the child’s age and the policies of the airline and hotel. Hotel Reservations Included in Packages: Please note that hotel reservations are subject to availability. As such, All Nation Travel, the company that owns ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM, cannot guarantee the specific hotel name and room type mentioned in your booked package. In the event that the mentioned hotel is not available, All Nation Travel promises to arrange for you to stay at a hotel of the same class and similar quality as stated in your booked tour package or itinerary.

Hot Air Balloon Flight Reservations – Balloon flight prices are subject to seasonal and daily fluctuations. We pride ourselves on offering competitive pricing for hot air balloon flights throughout the year. Please note that we do not accept deposit payments for hot air balloon flights. Due to the dynamic nature of hot air balloon flight pricing, prices may change daily and even hourly. To secure the advertised pricing for a hot air balloon flight, full payment of the total amount must be made immediately upon booking.

Cancellations of Hot Air Balloon Flights: Once a reservation for a hot air balloon flight has been made and confirmed by payment and receipt of booking confirmation, cancellations are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances. If, however, weather conditions prevent the scheduled hot air balloon flight on the scheduled date or the alternative date, full reimbursement will be provided during your stay in Türkiye.

Airport/Private Transfers Reservation: Reservations for all transfer types in all cities in Türkiye can be made at any time prior to the commencement date and time. Upon receipt of the full payment, the transfer reservation is considered confirmed and will be ready for use on the commencement date and time.

Airport/Private Transfer Cancellations: To be eligible for a full refund, written notice of cancellation must be received by All Nation Travel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer date and time. Written notice of cancellation must be submitted via certified mail or email to the same email address used to make the original reservation. Cancellation requests received through any other means will not be accepted. If you need to cancel your transfer, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the refund process, if applicable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 35 business days from receipt of the written cancellation notice.

Individual Hotel Reservations: To secure a reservation at any hotel in all cities in Türkiye, a 30% deposit must be made between 30-60 days prior to the check-in date at the reserved hotel. This deposit payment is considered a preliminary reservation and will be pending until the remaining balance is paid 25 days minimum prior to the check-in date at the reserved hotel. This ensures that the reservation is fully confirmed.

Cancellations of Individual Hotel Reservations, Cancellations of individual hotel reservations are accepted and eligible for full refunds if made at least 20 days prior to the check-in date at the reserved hotel. Such cancellations must be made in writing and sent via certified mail or email using the same email address that was used to make the reservation. Requests for cancellation received through other means will not be considered valid. To receive any potential refunds, please contact All Nation Travel at [email protected]. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 35 working days of receipt of your written cancellation notice.

ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM DISCLAIMER OF ADDITIONAL COSTS, All Nation Travel and Tourism, located in Istanbul, Türkiye, shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the traveler/client during the tour or trip that are not specifically mentioned in the inclusions section of our services. All additional activities, meals, tickets, seats, or any other expenses incurred by the traveler are considered to be the traveler’s choice and responsibility to pay for, and are not included in the originally agreed upon fee for our services.

ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM, All Nation Travel and Tourism in Istanbul, Türkiye, strictly enforces a no-refund policy for travelers who fail to attend or join their scheduled airport transfer, tour or any other service that has been booked with us. If a traveler does not show up for their scheduled service on the date and time specified, it will be deemed a “No-Show” and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all services booked through our company and is binding for all travelers.

In the event of a substitution made by the traveler for a previously confirmed reservation, it will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees. Please be advised that any portion of the Trip, Tour, or Service that is not utilized will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for non-use.

ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM Reserves the right to update and modify the details or prices of any of its services provided at any time. Travelers, clients, or users who have already made a reservation for any of our services before any changes to the price or details of the tour or service are required to pay the cost of their reservation according to the price and details in effect at the time of their reservation. Any subsequent changes to the price, whether it be an increase or decrease, or any changes to the tour or service details, shall not be applicable to confirmed bookings, whether they were made with a payment made at the time of arrival or with any other payment method.

All Nation Travel, ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM, reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time, depending on changing circumstances. It is the responsibility of the user or client to review and accept the most up-to-date terms and conditions prior to making any new requests or reservations. Any updates or changes to the terms and conditions will be reflected on our website.

The Company All Nation Travel/ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of a traveler’s belongings or any missing flight tickets as a result of delays, cancellations, or any changes made by the airline company. Furthermore, the company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during a traveler’s trip, including during transportation, travel services, or hotel stays. This limitation of liability shall apply under all circumstances and cannot be waived or altered.

The company All Nation Travel/ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM does not provide health insurance coverage as part of its services. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler/client/user to obtain their own health insurance prior to engaging in any travel activities or utilizing any of our services. The company shall not be held responsible for any health-related incidents or expenses incurred during the trip.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions of all services provided by All Nation Travel and Tourism (ALLNATIONTRAVEL.COM) shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the city of Istanbul, Türkiye. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye. In the event of any conflict between the laws of another jurisdiction and the laws of Istanbul, Türkiye, the latter shall take precedence. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye for the purpose of resolving any disputes arising under this agreement.
