Day 1: On the first day of our tour, you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul in the early morning and transferred to Ataturk or Sabiha Gokcen airport for a short flight to Nevsehir or Kayseri airport. Once you arrive, you’ll be met by our guide and taken on a tour of Northern Cappadocia, also known as the Red Tour. You’ll visit Goreme Panorama, the Open Air Museum, Ortahisar village, Dervent Valley, Avanos, Pasabag, Monks Valley, Cavusin Village, and Love Valley. Along the way, you’ll see stunning rock formations, ancient churches and homes carved into the rock, and some of the most beautiful landscapes you’ve ever seen. You’ll also enjoy a delicious Turkish lunch at a local restaurant. The tour ends in the late afternoon, leaving you with plenty of free time to explore on your own.


Day 2: On the second day of our tour, you’ll wake up early for a once-in-a-lifetime hot air balloon ride over the stunning Cappadocian landscape. After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll join our guide for the Southern Cappadocia tour, also known as the Green Tour. You’ll visit Uchisar Castle, Red Valley, Rose Valley, Cavusin Village, Kaymakli Underground City, Pigeon Valley, and Three Beauties Valley. You’ll see more incredible rock formations, ancient settlements, and breathtaking views. You’ll also enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. The tour ends in the late afternoon, leaving you with plenty of time to relax before your transfer back to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul.

Cappadocia Hotels: Dervish Cave House, Holiday Cave Hotel

Day 1: Welcome to Cappadocia! Get ready for your pick-up from your hotel in Istanbul, where our driver will meet you in the lobby for your transfer to either Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen airport at 5:00-5:30 am. You will check in for your pre-booked flight to Nevsehir or Kayseri Airport on your own, which is about an hour-long flight. Once you arrive, our driver will meet you at the exit gate of the domestic arrivals area with a board displaying your name. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel, and then picked up for the first-day tour.

We’ll begin the tour with Goreme Panorama, where you’ll witness the magnificent view of fairy chimneys. Then, we’ll visit the Open Air Museum, which is home to enormous cloisters. Along the way, we’ll view the castle of Ortahisar village, known for its food storage in caves. You will continue the tour to Dervent Valley, a red lunar landscape, where rock stones resemble different shapes of animals. We’ll also visit the old city of Avanos, the region of pottery that offers a view of the longest river in Türkiye, the Red River. Finally, we’ll explore Pasabag and Monks Valley’s fairy-colored mushroom-shaped chimneys. The final destination will be Cavusin Village, where you’ll see a cut-rock habitat with churches and homes made of stone. On the way back from the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to view the spectacular Love Valley. You’ll enjoy a Turkish lunch at one of the region’s local restaurants during the tour.

The Northern Cappadocia tour (Red Tour) ends around 4:00-5:00 pm, you will be transferred to your hotel, after you’ll have free time to explore the city on your own before an overnight stay.

Day 2: Be prepared for an early morning hot air balloon flight! We will pick you up from your hotel between 4:00-5:00 AM, and the flight will end around 7:00-8:00 am. After breakfast at the hotel between 9:00-9:30 AM, our guide will pick you up to join the group for the Southern Cappadocia tour (Green Tour):
Our first stop will be at Uchisar Castle, the largest fairy chimney used historically as a fortress by various civilizations. Next, we will hike through the stunning Red Valley, where you can view the beauty of rock churches. The hike is approximately 4km and leads to Rose Valley, where you can witness the unique natural beauty of the region. Our next stop will be Cavusin village, which is one of the oldest human settlements and where the locals still use caves as houses and churches. At lunchtime, we will take you to a local restaurant where you can taste delicious Turkish cuisine. We will continue our tour to Kaymakli Underground City, the largest shelter used by locals for several centuries and which saved Christians of that time from Roman persecution. Before our final site, we will visit Pigeon Valley, where you can see the beautiful pigeons living in their houses, and enjoy a special view of Uchisar Castle. Our last stop will be Three Beauties Valley, which offers lovely sights and a stunning view of the famous Urgup town, known for its wine factories.

The Southern Cappadocia tour (Green Tour) ends approximately 5:30-6:00 pm. Our driver will transfer you to the airport for your pre-booked flight back to Istanbul. Once you arrive in Istanbul, our driver will be waiting for you to pick you up and transfer you back to your hotel
